Right off the bat, I want to make it clear that this review is about Pluto's customer service and not a pillow itself.
After placing an order on the website, I reached out because I had very specific requests regarding the thickness of my pillow -- Pluto's website made it pretty clear that real people will write back and respond to all messages. I was very gratified when I got a real response that truthfully responded to all my requests.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Henry from the customer service team for his honesty. His reply made it clear that while they wouldn't be able to honor my request, he was able to either proceed with my order to let me give the pillow a shot or cancel my order before it shipped.
It's a pretty big deal that he was able to honestly respond to a customer request and offer a cancellation. I feel like most businesses would have done everything to just take a customer's money and get the product shipped, despite the incompatibility with the customer's request.
Thank you to Henry for your total honesty. It's clear that Pluto cares about their customer's comfort.
While my request did not work out this time with a Pluto Pillow, I will keep my eye on their website for new pillows that might work out for me.
